We need some title that reflects the way we are envisioning this series. Having the term "lecture" as a part of it probably does not reflect our thinking. Maybe the world "forum" would be better. Something like "Forum for Local Issues and Solutions." I like "solutions" in the title because we don't want to just deal with conflict or problems without solutions.
